Whenever you buy something over the net using paypal, you tell someone your buying traits.
Whenever you go the ATM to get cash, you tell someone your cashflow habits.
Over time, these little trails will unveil a distinct pattern and may match an algorithm that traces terrorist. When this happens, just make sure you have an insurance policy because a terrorist never owns one.
