Kalau anda biasa dengan perihal membeli tender atau sebutharga kerajaan, saya pasti anda mesti pernah terserempak dengan tajuk yang saya guna diatas.
Apahal kita yang nak beli tender, kita pulak yang nak kena terkedek-kedek pergi pejabat pos atau bank? Wey kalau takut kerani cikun@cilok duit RM50 atau RM500 atau RM2000 duit orang beli tender dari kaunter, songlap projek RM5bilion oleh pihak atasan, diorang tak risau pulak yer?
Macam ni lah. Saya setuju bahawa semua benda mesti ada risiko. Yang pentingnya kita harus ada akal untuk mengurangkan risiko itu dan didalam kes ini dengan cara mencipta satu proses yang mantap dimana susah untuk kerani kaunter curi duit dokumen tender.
Sebagai badan kerajaan yang sepatutnya memberi perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan(rakyat jelata), tak bolehlah nak mencampakkan kesemua risiko berkaitan kerani curi duit kaunter kepada kami dengan menyuruh kami berpeluh-peluh, beratur tunggu nombor buat wang pos/money order/bank deraf. Semua ini ada kos tambahan, tahu tak?
Kerajaan, tolong lah "service-oriented" sedikit.
